Mr. Francis “Frank” Moore, 71, of Clovis, retired from U.S. Air Force, died Thursday, May 8, 2003, in Clovis.
He was born on April 5, 1932, in Goodland, Kan. Mr. Moore retired from the Air Force in 1972 after 26 years of duty. He then worked for Eaton-Kenway and Wilson Radiator after his military service.
He was a member of the VFW.
Family members say he enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything involving the outdoors. He also was a talented woodworker and liked to spend time in his shop.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, in 1996.
Survivors include one son, Ronald (and wife Betty) of Roswell; two daughters, Rhonda Jayne (and husband Jerry) Robinson of Wichita, Kan., and Rita Bushnell of North Dakota; two brothers, Wesley (and wife Dixie) of California and Marvin (and wife Shirley) of Colorado; eight granddaughters; and seven grandsons.
Graveside services will have full military honors.
