Mr. Ted Sena, 39, of Roswell, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2003, at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center.
He was born on Nov. 30, 1963, in Roswell, to Theodore C. and Rosa Aragon Sena.
He was raised and attended school in Roswell. He worked as a building carpenter for several years with Paul Teel Construction in Clovis; he also worked as a meat cutter for Swift Packing in Dumas, Texas, and in the oil fields in Pampa, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mike and Cleofas Aragon; and his paternal grandparents, Theodore and Gertrude Sena.
Survivors include his companion, Della Gonzales of Roswell; his parents; four step-children, Destinie, Desiree, Phillip, and Cassandra of Roswell; three daughters, Yvette Garcia (and husband, Miguel), Delilah Huerta (Antonio), all of Newton, Kan. and Monique Woods of Phoenix; two grandchildren, Aliyah Garcia and Taliah Huerta; three sisters, Lucille Page (Curtis), Patty Trujillo (Mike) of Clovis and Stephanie Estrada (Joe) of Roswell; two brothers, David Sena and Michael P. Sena (Tina), all of Clovis; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
A rosary is scheduled for 7 p.m. today at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Fort Sumner.
Father Sotero A. Sena will officiate the services.
Burial will be at St. Anthony Cemetery in Fort Sumner.
Pallbearers will be Andy Sena, Mark Aragon, Mark Armijo, Eric Armendarez, Phillip Jaramillo, James and Tony Gonzales and Victor Baca.
Visitation is scheduled from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. today at Chavez Funeral Home in Fort Sumner.
