Martin B. Gonzales, 50, of Moses Lake, Wash., died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2003.
He was born on May 28, 1953, in Clovis, to Benito and Isabel Gonzales.
He grew up in Portales. He moved to Washington state when he was 15. He began working for Brown and Root at Union Carbide in Dec. of 1984. He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Rosalinda Miramontes.
Survivors include his wife, Judith M. Gonzales; two daughters, Kathy Osorio (and husband, Temo) and Gina Smith (Brandon); a son, Alex Gonzales (Jennifer); a step-daughter, Anji Mitchell (Brion); step-sons, Toby Stime, Joshua Stime (Celia), Auggie Alvarez (Shanna); 15 grandchildren, Cassandra, Mirian, Joshua, Jehovani, Jonathon, Keirsten, Kelsey, Kyleigh, A.J., Andrew, Matthew, Jacob, Tyson, Alec and Nicholas; three sisters, Betty Balderas (Fred), Bonnie Gonzales and Grace Chavez; eight brothers, Floyd Gonzales (Teresa), Phillip Gonzales (Josie), Magin Gonzales (Carmen), Johnny Gonzales (Ollie), Billy Gonzales (Mary), Nick Gonzales (Sulema), Robert Gonzales (Shirley) and Jake Gonzales (Alice); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Warden, Wash. Arrangements were by Kayser’s Chapel and Crematory of Moses Lake, Wash.
