Hope chests designed by Clovis artists Patsy Delk, Luanne Burgin and Jenna Burgin will be auctioned in April to benefit Casa Esperanza, New Mexico’s House of Hope.
Casa Esperanza provides affordable housing for families facing cancer, Delk said in a news release, and has been used by people from the Clovis areas.
On April 2, a fiesta and auction will be held at Wool’s Warehouse. “The fiesta is always a fun affair with live entertainment, the auction an opportunity to meet the artists, and the opportunity to support Casa Esperanza,” Delk said.
One of the hope chests has been on display at Images of You and was to continue there until Monday, at which time it will be moved to Curry County Abstract until Thursday.
Tickets to the fiesta can be acquired by calling 505-277-9880, logging onto www.casaesperanzanm.org, or contacting Delk at 762-6374.
