Mrs. Lena Mae Stricklin, 90, of Clovis, a retired hospital housekeeper, died Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.
She was born on May 19, 1913, in Cortney, Okla.
She married Lonnie Stricklin in September of 1927, in Oklahoma. She worked in housekeeping at Clovis Memorial Hospital from 1963 until 1987. She was a member of 21st Street Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her daughter, Virginia Ann Banks; and two sons, Robert and Jim Stricklin.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Stricklin of Albuquerque and Dan Stricklin of Denver, Colo.; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Don Ray of Purdon, Texas; and two sisters, Jo Holden of Harlingen, Texas and Pauline Blankenship of Fort Worth, Texas.
Cecil Bunch will officiate the services.
Burial will be at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.
Pallbearers Dan, Jerry and Jay Stricklin, Sean Bakke, Johnny Mulhair, Frank Ice, Don Kirby and Ron Johnson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the 21st Street Church of Christ.
