Mr. Brian Craig Norris, 40, of Clovis, a chemist, died Tuesday July 27, 2004, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.
He was born on Jan. 13, 1964, in Clovis, to James Clyde and Shirley Ann Sewell Norris.
He served in the Marine Corps during the Granada conflict. He married Betsy Nunez on July 15, 2003, in Clovis. Family members said he loved his family, home and all kids.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Survivors include his wife; his parents; a brother, Andy Norris (and wife, Linda) of Lubbock; two sisters, Debra Rich (Walt) of Philadelphia and Kathy Boye (J.D.) of Aurora, Colo.; a brother-in-law, Rodney Miller of Roswell; eight nieces and nephews, Mike, Eric, Tim and Rebecca Norris, all of Lubbock, Lisa, Chris and Kendra Miller, all of Philadelphia and Lauren Boye of Aurora, Colo.; a stepchild, Aimee Marrero; a step-grandson, Abdiel Sostre; stepchildren by a former marriage, Stephen and Nancy Bruhn of Clovis; aunts and uncles, Gene and Juanita Bilberry and Ed and Oleta Kirkham, all of Austin, Texas, Jodie Norris and Von Norris, both of Lubbock, Lynn Norris of Hurricane, Utah, and Bobby and Brigette Sewell of Albuquerque; and cousins, Linda and Dennis McGinness and Jan and Scott Graham, all of Hurricane, Utah.
Harry Zogg Sr. will officiate the services.
Cremation has taken place.
Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
