5/8 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were filed in the Ninth Judicial District Court of Curry County:

• Jonathan E. Rodriguez, 25, pleaded guilty of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a fourth degree felony, is ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation, pay $25 per month in probation costs, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Scott Dewayne Beard, 32, pleaded guilty of driving while intoxicated (fourth or subsequent offense), a fourth-degree felony, is ordered to serve nine months in the department of corrections and nine months of supervised probation, pay $35 per month in probation costs, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• David Hernandez, 45, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated (first offense), a special misdemeanor, is ordered to serve seven days in the Curry County Adult detention Center and 180 days of supervised probation, attend DWI school, pay fines and fees, and comply with other conditions of probation. Receives credit for one day of pre-sentence confinement.

• Eric F. Heider, 31, pleaded guilty of littering, a petty misdemeanor, is ordered to pay a $50 fine.

• Fredrick Baca, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual penetration, a fourth-degree felony, is ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation, pay fines and fees, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Christina Mangine, 31, pleaded guilty of possession of a controlled substance, a fourth-degree felony, is ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation, pay $35 per month in probation costs, pay the $5 domestic violence offender treatment fee, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Dominco Garcia, 51, pleaded guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (second offense), a misdemeanor, is ordered to serve seven days in the Curry County Adult Detention Center and 357 days of supervised probation, attend a MADD victim panel, allow an ignition interlock device to be installed on his vehicles, undergo substance abuse screening, perform 48 hours of community service, pay a $500 fine, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Robert Joseph Jones, 45, pleaded guilty of theft of a credit card, a fourth-degree felony and was found guilty of two counts attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, a misdemeanor, is ordered to serve 3 1/2 years (less 2 days) supervised probation and complete a substance abuse program for no less than six months.

• Barry T. Burch, 29, pleaded guilty to attempted forgery, a fourth-degree felony, driving while under the influence, a misdemeanor, careless driving, a traffic misdemeanor, no insurance, a penalty assessment, driving while license suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, and is ordered to serve three years less one day supervised probation, attend DWI school, complete a substance abuse screening program, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• James L. Martinez, 25, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and is ordered to serve one year less one day of supervised probation, pay $35 monthly in probation costs, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• James L Martinez, 25, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property (firearm), is ordered to serve six months supervised probation, pay $35 in monthly probation costs, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Bryan R. Waggoner, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) a fourth-degree felony, is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, pay fees and provide a DNA sample.

• Danielle N. Hill, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, is ordered to serve 364 days unsupervised probation and pay a $75 chemical analysis fee.

• Mark Garcia, 32, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering, a fourth-degree felony, false imprisonment, a fourth-degree felony, and aggravated stalking, a fourth-degree felony, is ordered to serve three years supervised probation, and comply with conditions of probation.

• Christopher Parker, 20, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, a misdemeanor, is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, pay fines and fees.

• Stepanie D. Mathis-Phillips, 32, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering, a fourth-degree felony, is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, pay fees and provide a DNA.

• Gabriel Rodriguez, 22, pleaded guilty to aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, concealing identity, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), possession of a controlled substance (felony), aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, no driver’s license, no insurance, forgery , concealing identity and is ordered to serve 18 months in the Department of Corrections.

• Gilbert M. Gallegos, 44, pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery, third-degree felonies, is ordered to serve one year in the Department of Corrections and five years supervised probation, pay $35 in monthly probation costs, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Patty D. Neff, 46, was convicted by jury trial of aggravated assault (deadly weapon against household member), a fourth-degree felony, aggravated assault (deadly weapon), a fourth-degree felony, is ordered to serve 18 months unsupervised probation, and comply with conditions of probation.

• Lawrence R. Baker, 24, pleaded guilty to forgery, a third-degree felony, larceny, a misdemeanor, is ordered to serve three years supervised probation, pay $5 domestic violence offender fee, and provide a DNA sample and pay $100 for testing.

• Jennifer Trujillo, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (felony), and use or possession of drug paraphernalia, is ordered to serve 2 1/2 years of supervised probation, pay $35 monthly in probation costs, enter into a long-term drug rehabilitation program, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Paul Stevens, 27, pleaded guilty to negligent use of a firearm, a petty misdemeanor, driving while under the influence (first offense), a special misdemeanor, is ordered to serve 272 days of supervised probation, attend a MADD Victim Impact Panel, allow an ignition lock to be installed on his vehicle for 180 days, attend DWI school, and comply with other conditions of probation.

• Daniel Griego, 20, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary, a second-degree felony, and is ordered to serve 2 1/2 years imprisonment by the department of corrections with five years supervised probation upon completion, pay $35 in monthly probation costs, and comply with other conditions of probation.
