Great Lakes Aviation is set to extend its passenger service in the region next month, city officials say.
Starting June 5, Great Lakes will add service from Clovis to Amarillo, and a flight from Amarillo to Denver.
Currently commercial service is only available to Albuquerque, said airport director Steve Summers.
Summers said the official announcement of the extended service has not been made yet, and he did not have rates for the new service.
Great Lakes took over the air service at Clovis Municipal Airport in April, displacing Mesa Airlines, which had served the area for 20 years.
