The following criminal dispositions were filed in 9th Judicial District Court:
• Louis Tenorio, 40, pleaded guilty to aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance, is adjudged to be a habitual offender and is ordered to serve four years imprisoned by the Department of Corrections followed by two years supervised parole. Tenorio will receive credit for 144 pre-sentence confinement.
• Cody L. Coffey, 21, pleaded guilty to aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, no insurance and is ordered to serve 90 days in the Curry County Adult Detention Center, 18 months supervised probation and pay a $100 fine for no insurance. Upon completion of supervised probation the case will be dismissed.
• Laura Pearson, 32, pleaded guilty to three counts of issuing a worthless check ($25 or more) and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, pay all probation costs, pay a $5 domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
