6/19 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were filed in 9th Judicial District Court:

• Chris Kerby, 25, was found guilty by a jury trial of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and possession of alcoholic beverage in an open container in a motor vehicle and is ordered to serve six days imprisoned by the Curry County Adult Detention Center followed by 358 days of supervised probation, attend a MADD victim impact panel, complete DWI school, perform 48 hours of community service and pay all fines.

• Jesse Martinez, 52, pleaded no contest to attempted forgery and is ordered to serve 18 months unsupervised probation, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, provide a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

• Connie J. Lide, 38, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and is ordered to serve 364 days imprisonment by the Department of Corrections followed by one year supervised parole, participate in a drug abuse program while imprisoned, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee. Lide will receive 302 days credit for pre-sentence confinement.

• Katrina Cash, 28, pleaded no contest to distribution of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute (methamphetamine) and is ordered to serve three years supervised probation, pay all probation costs, pay a $75 chemical testing fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

• Virginia M. Palaia, 25, pleaded guilty to distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and is ordered to serve three years supervised probation, pay all probation costs, pay a $75 chemical testing fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

• Jason T. Wolf, 22, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and is ordered to serve six months supervised probation participate in a MADD victim impact panel, complete DWI school, participate in and complete an alcohol abuse screening program, pay all probation costs and pay a $65 chemical analysis fee.

•David Daniel Lopez, 32, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and is ordered to serve two years six months less one day supervised probation, pay all probation costs, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

•Steve Ray Ryen, 35, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and is ordered to serve three years supervised probation, complete 300 hours of community service, pay all probation costs, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

•Dustin Grider, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, complete 300 hours of community service, pay all probation costs, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

The following criminal dispositions were filed in magistrate court:

• Jorde Pettigrew, 20, pleaded no contest to possession of alcoholic beverages by a minor and is ordered to serve 30 hours of community service related to reducing incidence of DWI, complete 30 hours of community service at the animal shelter, pay a fine of $1,000, pay all other fees and fines.

• Troy Murph, 20, pleaded no contest to careless driving and no seatbelts and is ordered to serve 90 days unsupervised probation and pay all fees.

• Ramona Lopez, 25, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended and speeding and is ordered to serve 90 days unsupervised probation and pay fines totaling $130.

• Louise Martinez, 27, pleaded guilty to animals running at large and is ordered to serve 90 days unsupervised probation and pay fines totaling $67.

• Ramona Lopez, 25, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended and speeding and is ordered to serve 90 days unsupervised probation and pay fines totaling $130.

• Gilbert Ortiz, 47, pleaded guilty to concealing identity and open container and is ordered to serve 182 days unsupervised probation, attend the Aspen program and pay all fines.

• Juhari Pleasant, 27, pleaded guilty to driving on revoked license and is ordered to serve 30 days imprisonment in the Curry County Detention Center, 334 days unsupervised probation, attend the Aspen program and pay all fines.

• Jeremiah Stalnaker, 18, pleaded guilty to DWI and is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, attend DWI school, attend a MADD victim impact panel and pay all fines.

• Pedro Franco, 21, pleaded guilty to driving on revoked license and is ordered to serve 357 days unsupervised probation and pay all fees.

• Emanuel Marquez, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting under $100 and is ordered to serve 182 days unsupervised probation, perform 24 hours community service, complete anger management and pay all probation costs.

• Adam Garcia, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and is ordered to pay all fines and court fees.

• Mario Urban, 25, pleaded guilty to inhalant abuse and is ordered to serve 364 days in jail with credit given for pre-sentence confinement.
