7/24 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were filed in 9th Judicial District Court:

• Joe Gonzales, 27, pleaded guilty to theft of a credit card and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, submit to drug/alcohol screening, comply with recommendations of screener, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, pay probation costs, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

• John King, 37, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and is ordered to serve eight days imprisoned by the Department of Corrections, 18 months supervised probation, complete anger management, pay $5 for the domestic violence offender treatment fee, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.

• Danny J. Jiminez, 51, pleaded guilty to burglary (two counts), is judged to be a habitual offender, and is ordered to serve four years less 10 days imprisoned by the Department of Corrections followed by two years supervised parole, submit a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
