Frances Cooper, 56, of Clovis died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005, at her home in Clovis.
She was born Dec. 13, 1948, in Clifton Springs, N.Y., to John and Frances (Garney) Kepner. She lived in Clovis in the past 12 years. She worked in civil service at Cannon Air Force Base for the past 10 years. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Family members said she enjoyed doing needlepoint.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Cooper of Clovis; her parents, John and Frances Kepner of Clovis; two sons, Donald and Jonathan Cooper of Clovis; one sister, Barbara Kepner of Clovis; three brothers, Bill Kepner of Covington, La., Tom Kepner of Clovis and John Kepner of Decatur, Tenn.
Father Carlos Chavez will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Ronald Cooper, Donald Cooper, Jonathan Cooper, Bill Kepner, Tom Kepner and John Kepner.
Rosary will be at 7 p.m. today at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.
Arrangements are being handled by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
