Robert Lee “Bob” Moore, 87, of Clovis, died Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, at Laurel Plains Healthcare in Clovis.
He was born Aug. 3, 1918, to Charles Oscar and Lockey Ola Clayton Moore in Dimmitt, Texas. He married Elizabeth Bell on Feb. 24, 1940, in Clovis. He was a manager at Arrow Gas Company and farmed and ranched. He was a member of Advent Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Earl Moore and Ed Moore; and sister, Lucille Horton.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Moore; two sons, Keith Moore (and wife Marilyn) of Clovis and Ronald J. Moore (Dana) of Las Vegas, N.M.; daughter, Sue Nicholson of Abilene, Texas; sister, Christine Nunn of Clovis; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Rev. Hayden Walsh will officiate the services.
Burial will take place at Mission Garden of Memories.
Pallbearers are Jason Moore, Burke Moore, Brandon Moore, Stace Nicholson, Slade Nicholson and Seth Nicholson.
Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis.
