11/24 Police Blotter

Samplings of recent calls received by Clovis-area law enforcement officers, according to reports:

At 9:30 a.m. Monday, officers responded to a call regarding a burglarized vehicle parked in the 1200 block of Ross Street. A window was broken and the owner of the vehicle said a CD was taken from the vehicle, between Sunday evening and Monday morning. Police have no suspects.

At 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a burglary call in the 4000 block of Springwood Drive. The owner of the residence said his home was under construction and $1,500 worth of electronic equipment went missing between Monday night and Tuesday morning.

At 12:30 a.m. Wednesday police, went to a youth group home in the 900 block of Rencher Street in reference to a missing teenager. The 17-year old male didn’t return home from his job at a grocery store on the 1900 block of Prince Street, according to the group home supervisor. He was scheduled to get off work at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the supervisor said to police.

At 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, police pulled over a truck on Hull Street and Waldhauser streets and arrested the driver and passenger on outstanding warrants. Both men had Texas driver’s licenses. Each had warrants out of Lubbock and were taken to the Curry County Adult Detention Center.
