Cayetana Viescas, 71, of Clovis, died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2005, at her home in Clovis.
She was born Aug. 7, 1934 to Bartolo and Refugia Morales Pena in Ranchosol, Chihuahua, Mexico.
She married Francisco Viescas on July 20, 2000, in Clovis. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe. She loved gardening and cooking, family members said.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three sons.
She is survived by two sons, Humberto Viescas of Clovis and Francisco Jr. Viescas (and wife, Bea Jae) of Shaklesford, Va.; five daughters, Lydia Viescas, Martha Viescas, Gloria Viescas, Rosie Viescas and Alicia Viescas, all of Clovis; and five grandchildren.
Rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Father Sotero Sena will officiate.
Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories.
Pallbearers will be Steve Marquez, Eddie Marquez, Frankie Marquez, Ruben Marquez, Francisco Viescas Jr. and Humberto Viescas.
Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home, Clovis.
