Richard “Ricardo” Quintana, 64, of Clovis, died Sunday, Jan. 8, 2006, at Laurel Ridge Healthcare in Clovis.
He was born Jan. 25, 1941, to Santiago and Andrea Garcia Quintana in Newkirk. He worked for Vohs Company in Clovis and in maintenance for the Clovis cemeteries. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Family members said he enjoyed walking.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Sam Quintana and Charlie Quintana; and sister, Rita Quintana.
Survivors include his brothers, Jimmy D. Quintana of Clovis and Manuel Quintana (and his wife, Delores) of Las Cruces; sister, Bernice Hull (Earl) of Kingman, Ariz.; and numerous nieces and nephews .
A prayer service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Muffley Funeral Home Chapel.
Deacon Daniel Chavez is officiating.
Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.
Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis.
