Monday: Salisbury steak, wild rice, buttered broccoli, cottage cheese and pineapple salad, sugar cookie, roll/margarine.
Tuesday: Chicken fajita, pinto beans, jalapeno slice, salsa/sour cream, flour tortilla. Birthday cake and ice cream.
Wednesday: Beef enchiladas, pinto beans, lettuce/tomatoes, jalapeno/onion, slices and salsa, chocolate pudding, crackers.
Thursday: French dip, baked potato, sour cream, tossed salad, pickles and onions, apricots, oatmeal cookies.
Friday: Beef green chili stew, cheese sticks, tapioca pudding and apricots, cornbread. Fish substitute.
