Volunteering

The City of Clovis is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Ned Houk Park Board. The purpose of the Ned Houk Park Board is to make recommendations to the Clovis City Commission regarding the 3,400 acre park located approximately 7 miles north of Clovis. This board meets in the evening once a quarter.

The City of Clovis is currently seeking a volunteer from District 2 to serve on the Public Works Committee. The purpose of the Public Works Committee is to make recommendations to the Clovis City Commission regarding infrastructure issues relating to the City. This board meets in the morning of the fourth Wednesday of each month.

The City of Clovis is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Cultural/Ethnic Affairs Committee. The purpose of the Cultural/Ethnic affairs Committee is to enhance the arts and cultural activities within the City of Clovis. This board meets in the afternoon of the second Tuesday of each month.

The City of Clovis is currently seeking a volunteer to serve on the Water Policy Advisory Board. The purpose of this board is to raise awareness of water issues and to recommend conservation measures to the Clovis City Commission. This board meets at 9:00 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month.

The City of Clovis is currently seeking a volunteer to serve on the Clovis Municipal Airport. The purpose of this board is to advise the Clovis City Commission regarding the Municipal Airport. The board meets at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month.
