COLORADO SPRINGS — Bryan Stoeber’s second goal of the match, coming early in the second half, gave Colorado-Colorado Springs the lead for good in a 2-1 victory over Eastern New Mexico University in men’s soccer on Friday night.

Stroeber scored from close range for the Mountain Lions (5-7-1) with just 1:45 gone in the first half on a feed from Matt Eshbach. Freshman midfielder Ryan McClanahan then tied it for ENMU (2-7-1) several minutes later with his first collegiate goal on an assist from senior forward Keith Vargas.

It stayed that way until Strober got in close and flicked a shot past ENMU goalkeeper Leif Craddock with 33:01 left in the match.
