Oct. 29, 2006 Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:
• Andrea Patron, 31, pleaded guilty to shoplifting (valued between $250 and $2,500) and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and was ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. She was given credit for her sentence of imprisonment in favor of 18 months supervised probation.
• Andrea Patron, 31, pleaded guilty to shoplifting (valued between $250 and $2,500) and criminal trespass. Her sentence of 18 months imprisonment was credited in favor of 18 months supervised probation and payment of all fines and fees.
• Andrea Patron, 31, pleaded guilty to embezzlement (valued between $250 and $2,500) and conspiracy to commit embezzlement. She was ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by 18 months supervised probation, and pay all fines and fees. She was given credit for her sentence of 18 months imprisonment.
• Stephen F. Kolek, 50, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs. He was ordered to serve 15 days imprisonment followed by one year less 16 days supervised probation, allow an ignition interlock device be installed on any car he may drive and pay all fines and fees.
• Glenda King, 27, pleaded guilty to forgery, and was ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. She will receive credit for her sentence of imprisonment.
• Glenda King, 27, pleaded guilty to abuse of a child (first offense) and was ordered to serve three years imprisonment followed by three years supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. She will receive credit for her sentence of imprisonment.
• Jermile Carr, 27, pleaded guilty to burglary to a commercial building or automobile (two counts) and criminal damage to property (valued less than $1,000), and was ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended in favor of 18 months supervised probation.
