Nov. 26, 2006 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Ninth Judicial District Court:

• Roseanne Cordova, 45, pleaded guilty to larceny (valued between $100 and $250), and was ordered to serve six months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. She was given credit for her sentence of imprisonment in favor of six months supervised probation.

• Antoinette Gonzales, 22, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit burglary and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Her sentence of 18 months imprisonment was credited in favor of 18 months supervised probation and payment of all fines and fees.

• Marcos Urban, 77, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI (second offense). He was ordered to serve seven days imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation, and pay all fines and fees.

• Gilbert Jaramillo, 49, pleaded guilty to DWI and driving on a suspended or revoked license. He was ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by one year supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for one year less 20 days against his sentence of imprisonment.
• Elmer Ray Burke, 55, was found guilty by a jury of failing to register as a sex offender, and ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment and pay all fines and fees.

• Freddy Stone, 45, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI (fourth offense) and driving on a suspended or revoked license. He was ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment followed by one year supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for 18 months less seven days against his sentence of imprisonment.

• Sarafine Estrada, 30, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and concealing identity, and was ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended in favor of one year less one day supervised probation.
