A 43-year-old Clovis woman was sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty for her role in sexually exploiting children, according to a press release from the 9th Judicial District Attorney’s office.

Peggy Baker was seen on a homemade video coercing a 13-year-old girl to perform sexual acts and pose nude in exchange for money, the release said.

She pleaded guilty to five counts of sexual exploitation of children, conspiracy and one count of sexual exploitation of a child under 16 by prostitution, the release said.

According to the release, the video was found while police were investigating the shooting and beating of Rocky Fleming in April 2004. When they entered his home, they discovered Fleming had been photographing, videotaping and soliciting sex from girls under the age of 18, the release said.

Fleming, 43, was found guilty on five counts of manufacturing child pornography and sentenced to 35 years imprisonment in November 2004, the release said.
Baker will be required to serve up to 20 years mandatory parole after her release and will be required to register as a sex offender, according to the release.
