Living Nativity — 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., First United Methodist Church, 1501 Sycamore St. Church members will host a living nativity pageant and the church’s Chancel Choir will also perform. Refreshments will be provided. Those attending the event are asked to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Information: 763-3461.

Legacy Life Church food donations — 10 :30 a.m. Church members will be traveling from Thornton to Mitchell Streets, handing out food. Information: 769-2461.
Christmas Toy Party — 10 a.m. -2 p.m., Lighthouse Mission, Inc., 407 L. Casillas Dr. Toys will be handed out to children ages 2-15 years of age. Information: 762-1933.
The Christmas Shoes Musical Drama — 6 p.m., Central Baptist Church, 2501 N. Norris St. Information: 762-4727.
Musical Christmas Drama — 7 p.m., First Christian Church, 1700 N. Main St. A musical Christmas drama written and directed by Karen Worthington will be performed. The event is free and open to the public. A nursery for children ages three and under is provided. Information: 763-7113.

Ranchvale Christmas Concert — 6:30 p.m., Ranchvale School Gym.
Melrose Junior High and High School Christmas Program — 7 p.m., Melrose Schools, Commons area, 100 E. Missouri St. Information: 253-4267.
Yucca Christmas Concert — 7 p.m., Marshall Auditorium.
Christmas Nites at the Zoo — 6:30-8:30 p.m., Dec. 17-22, Hillcrest Park Zoo. Animal exhibits will be decorated for Christmas and those attending will be able to take photographs with Santa or reptiles. Cocoa and Cider. Information: 769-7870.

Free Gift Wrapping — 10 a.m. -1 p.m. and 4 -8 p.m., North Plains Mall. The Matt 25 Hope Center will be offering free gift wrap services at the police sub-station in the mall. All other days, charges for gift wrapping are donated to the Matt 25 Hope Center. Information: 763-4400.
Freshman Campus Christmas Concert — 6 p.m., Marshall Auditorium.
Marshall Bands Christmas Concert — 7 p.m., Marshall Auditorium.
Christmas Light Contest Judging — 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Melrose residents participating in the contest will be judged. Sponsored by the Melrose Rotary Club and Farmers Cooperative Electric. Information: 253-4763.

Holiday Open House — 5-8 p.m., Business Enterprise Center, 105 E. Grand St. The final celebration of Clovis’ 100th Anniversary will conclude with an open house hosted by the Centennial Committe, the City of Clovis, Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce and the Clovis Industrial Development Corp.
Movie Showing — 6 p.m., Worship Center. 7 p.m. showing for grade 7-12 students, FUEL building, Central Baptist Church. Snacks will be served. Information: 762-4727.

Joni’s Sandia Carolers — 5 -8 p.m., The carolers will begin on Lore St. and travel down Llano Estacado St., stopping at various nursing and assisted living homes. Information: 742-2732.
