New Mexico cattle industry praises USDA decision

Cattle producers in New Mexico are extremely pleased with the decision by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to grant New Mexico split-state state status under the bovine (TB) tuberculosis regulations.
