The Blackwood Legacy will perform a free gospel concert in Clovis Sunday.

Coming from Nashville, the Blackwood Legacy features worship musicians Luke and Jake Yates and Rick Price.

Price is a member of the Gospel Hall of Fame and the former lead singer of the Blackwood Brothers Quartet.

The performance will take place at 6 p.m. at the First Church of God and will be a, “great night of music, ministry and memories.”

The trio group is expected to perform well-known songs, such as “How Great Thou Art,” “Beula Land” and “Amazing Grace,” as well as music sung by today’s most recognized worship artists.

The group was formed by Price as a tribute to the Blackwood Brothers Quartet after the death of Cecil Blackwood.

“Recognizing the need to reach audiences of all ages, Price has gathered some of the most talented and sought-after new artists on the scene today to create a dynamic concert,” according to the group’s website.
