Mother dog needed
Six puppies were dropped off recently at the Clovis Humane Society.
They are too young to be away from their mother and are in need of another mother dog or a kind-hearted person willing to bottle-feed them.

The annual Pioneer Women’s Breakfast is 7 a.m. Friday at the Clovis Civic Center.
The KENW Days of Summer Auction begins Wednesday and runs through June 10 at http://auction.kenw.org.
Participants can bid on a variety of merchandise, gift certificates and vacation packages.
Proceeds support KENW programming.

Summer reading program registration is 10 a.m. Thursday at the Portales Public Library. There is registration, jump houses and games.
