The Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico is holding two events this week in celebration of its 27th anniversary.
The Clovis and Curry County Chamber of Commerce is a business after hours event 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico, 2217 E. Brady Ave. It is open to the public.
An open house, ribbon cutting and light lunch will take place 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
Both events include tours of the food bank.
The food bank is also holding a canned food drive for Roosevelt and Curry counties Saturday.
Those interested can place non-perishable food items in bags at the curb. Volunteers will pick up donations from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Donations can also be dropped off at High Plains Harley Davidson at 4400 Mabry Drive in Clovis.
