Case number D-905-CR-201200021. Jesus Gaytan, born 1967, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and habitual offender. Charge dismissed by judge was possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to two and a half years jail-one and a half years suspended in favor of probation concurrent with case number D-905-CR-201200034 and fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201200034. Jesus Gaytan, born 1967, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon. Sentenced to 18 months jail-suspended in favor of 18 months probation.

Case number D-905-CR-201200100. Pedro Ybarra, born 1992, pleaded guilty to two counts battery upon a peace officer. Charges dismissed by judge were assault upon a peace officer, concealing identity and resisting/evading/obstructing an officer. Sentenced to three years jail-two years suspended in favor of probation and fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201200107. Victor R. Armijo, born 1971, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member. Sentenced to 364 days jail-suspended in favor of 364 days probation.

Case number D-905-CR-201200186. Amanda Samora, born 1973, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault against a household member and battery against a household member. Charge dismissed by judge was first offense abuse of a child. Sentenced to one year jail-suspended in favor of one year probation, anger management counseling, batters intervention and fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201200232. Amanda Samora, born 1973, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member. Sentenced to six months jail-suspended in favor of six months probation, anger management counseling, batters intervention and fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201000103. Arthur J. Lovato, born 1965, was convicted by jury of driving under influence of liquor or drugs, driving with license suspended or revoked and improper turning at intersection. Sentenced to two years 364 days department of corrections-final 180 days suspended in favor of supervised probation, fees and fine.

Case number D-905-CR-201100088. Ismael Simental, born 1958, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs. Charge dismissed by judge was failure to yield or stop at intersection. Sentenced to 18 months jail-12 months suspended in favor of probation, fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201100100. Beth Olguin, born 1992, pleaded guilty to attempted automobile burglary. Sentenced to 364 days jail-suspended in favor of 364 days supervised probation and fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201100129. Idania Renteria, born 1981, pleaded no contest to abandonment or abuse of a child. Sentenced to three years deferred for 18 months supervised probation then 18 months unsupervised probation and fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201100137. Idania Renteria, born 1981, pleaded guilty to prohibited possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 18 months deferred in favor of 18 months probation and fees.

Case number D-905-CR-201100152. Benjamin Silva, born 1988, pleaded guilty to embezzlement over $20,000. Sentenced to nine years jail-seven years suspended, five years probation and fees.
