Press release: Clovis Christmas parade postponed for a week

From the Clovis-Curry County Chamber of Commerce

Due to the bone-chilling weather conditions forecasted for this Saturday, Clovis MainStreet has made the decision to postpone the Christmas Light Parade until the following Saturday, December 14.

Our primary concern is for the health and safety of participants and attendees – especially the children – who enjoy the parade.

The Christmas Light Parade is a community celebration and we look forward to holding it on a day with less frigid conditions. The parade will still be held at 6:00 PM.

Parade entries will continue to be accepted at the Chamber of Commerce through Thursday, December 12th.
