At a special meeting Wednesday the Curry County Commission:

• Approved agreements with five local senior citizen facilities.

• Approved the sale of 2,500 yards of dirt to Stephens Construction and Ready Mix Inc.

• Approved policies for the Curry County Adult Detention Center regarding the use and dissemination of records and photographs, and approved a policy outlining investigation protocol.

• Spent more than an hour and a half in executive session — the state purposed to "discuss acquisition or disposal of real estate and threatened or pending litigation." No action was taken.
