One additional road closure has been scheduled for the Sunland Expansion on Thursday, August 6, 2009.

This will be at the same location as was before between Spruce Street and the traffic light at Kilgore Avenue and Hwy 70.

Crews need to close this portion of the road for at least half the day to pave asphalt. The City of Portales encourages all citizens to obey signage and personnel that might be placed around this area. For a map of the detour, please visit the City of Portales website at www.portalesnm.org.
