Washington, D.C. – Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Congressman Ed Markey, Congressman Jay Inslee, and Congressman Ben Ray Luján will speak at the 2009 Annual Power Shift Conference Rally on Monday morning, March 2, on the West Front of the Capitol. 

Power Shift helps to strengthen the climate and clean energy movement by encouraging young grassroots activists to engage in the political process.  In her remarks, the Speaker will discuss the progress made and the next steps to green the House of Representatives through the Green the Capitol initiative.
