Washington, DC – Tomorrow, Rep. Ben Ray Luján will hold events in Chama, Bloomfield and Aztec. Rep. Luján will meet with constituents at a town hall and three Congress on Your Corners. The events will discuss the benefits of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan for local communities, businesses, middle class families and schools.

The events are part of Rep. Luján’s Economic Recovery District Tour that began on Saturday, February 14, 2009. During the tour, Rep. Luján is visiting several communities in New Mexico to speak with constituents and local leaders about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan. He will visit schools and small businesses, attend roundtables with elected leaders, and host other events that will allow him to reach out to the people of New Mexico and answer their questions about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan could create or save 7,500 jobs in the 3rd Congressional District.
