Fugitive Noe Torres called a Clovis News Journal reporter Friday afternoon for the fourth time since Dec. 19.


In the more than a 30 minute call, Torres, as he has in his previous calls, professed his innocence and alleged corruption on the part of investigators and prosecutors. The only new information Torres provided was that he is employed.
