Gov. Bill Richardson will be in parts of eastern New Mexico Thursday to highlight his legislative priorities and unveil his public safety and education agendas.

Richardson will be in Clovis 10 a.m. at the Lincoln Jackson Family Center and in Tucumcari 11:30 a.m. at the high school auditorium.
