ALBUQUERQUE — Eldorado held off Clovis 10-7 in Saturday's Class 5A state semifinal game at Wilson Stadium.

Arvin Day connected with Orrin Sears for a 14-yard touchdown pass and Jason Day added a 25-yard field goal to give Eldorado 10-0 halftime lead.

Scott McMath scored on a 2-yard run midway through the third quarter to cut Eldorado's lead to 10-7 heading into the fourth quarter.
