Clovis High student nominated

Clovis High School’s Brody E. Hawes was nominated to attend the Air Force Academy and U.S. Naval Academy by U.S. Rep. Tom Udall, D-N.M., according a press release from Udall’s office.
The nominees must be accepted by the service academy for which they were nominated.
Students admitted to an academy will receive education at no cost in exchange for a commitment to serve in the armed forces for a set period of time.

Alumni directory in works

The Clovis Municipal Schools Foundation Alumni Association has contracted with Harris Connect, Inc. to update the Clovis High School Alumni Directory. In the next few weeks, Clovis High School Alumni currently listed in the 2002 directory will receive a postcard requesting that they call Clovis’ alumni line at Harris Connect at 866-783-7619 to update their listing in the directory.
