The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish is conducting a free fishing clinic from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at Ned Houk Park, according to a press release.

As part of National Fishing Day, anglers do not need a license or habitat stamp to fish in public waters, the release said. All other fishing rules apply.
