Delta Kappa Gamma Zeta

The Delta Kappa Gamma Zeta Chapter met March 31 at the 21st Street Church of Christ.

Jan Garrett presented a program on breast cancer. She shared her survivor’s view and gave information on detection and treatment. She also told the group that new research was being done, the survival rate was improving, and heredity, environment and injury are some of the causes.

Diane Davis, president, opened the meeting with the collect. Kristan Stata read the minutes of the two previous meetings. Anna Kolek gave the treasurer’s report. The nominating committee consisting of Linda Riley and Doris White will present the slate of officers at the April 28 meeting.

Refreshments were served by the hostesses, Anna Kolek, Brenda Riddle, Mary Lee Rogers and Marrion Hudson.
