In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, district and magistrate courts will be closed Monday and Tuesday. Clovis banks, credit unions, city personnel offices, Curry County offices, the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Postal Service will be closed Tuesday. The North Plains Mall will close at 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. The Clovis News Journal will close at 2 p.m. on Monday and will re-open on at 8 a.m. on Wednesday. The circulation department can be reach at 763-7350 from 7-10 a.m. Tuesday.
