Notes: ENMU is looking to break a four-game losing streak. … As usual, Northeastern State employs a deliberate style. The RiverHawks are scoring just 58 points a game this season, but allowing only 57 1/2. … Northeastern is coming off a 56-49 home win over Rhema Bible College on Tuesday after splitting crossovers on the road last week. The RiverHawks lost at Abilene Christian 77-56 and beat Angelo State 85-61. … Northeastern hit four of its six 3-pointers during a 21-8 second-half run and held off ENMU 63-58 last January at Greyhound Arena. … No one is averaging in double figures for the RiverHawks, but seven players are scoring at least 6.3 ppg. The leader is 5-foot-10 junior G Ricky Branham (9.8). … Steve Neal, a 6-6 senior forward who averages 8.8 ppg, leads the team in rebounding (6.9). … The RiverHawks are shooting 40.2 percent from the field, the same as their opponents.

Notes: Both teams come in with three-game losing streaks. … The RiverHawks lost crossovers last week at Abilene Christian (56-46) and at Angelo State (63-41). They are averaging 58.1 ppg while allowing 59.9. … Like the men, no one is averaging in double figures, with six players scoring 6.3 ppg or better. Verressa Gaston, a 5-11 senior C, leads the team in scoring (9.3 ppg) and rebounding (6.7 rpg). … Northeastern won last year’s matchup at Greyhound Arena 81-69, buoyed by a 14-0 run late in the first half.
