Cole-Richter Hazel Marie Cole and William “Bill” Richter, both of Clovis annnounce their engagement and approaching marriage. The couple will exchange vows at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, at Faith Christian Family Church. The reception will follow at the chapel in Faith Christian Family Church. She is the owner of All About Town Interiors. He is a civilian employee at Cannon Air Force Base. The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.
