An unoccupied mobile home suffered excessive damage when it caught fire Friday, according to Clovis Fire Chief Ray Westerman. Firefighters were called to the home, located at 324 Ewing St. on the west side of Clovis, around 7:30 a.m., Westerman said. “The extinguishment was uneventful,” he said. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
