The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in District Court:
Zachariah Stephenson, 30, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. He was ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended in place of one year less one day supervised probation.
Randolf L. Martinez, 37, pleaded guilty to trafficking a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He was ordered to serve nine years and pay all fines and fees. His sentence was suspended in place of five years supervised probation.
Zachariah Stephenson, 30, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. He was ordered to serve one year less one day and 90 days imprisonment, and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended in place of supervised probation.
Zachariah Stephenson, 30, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended in place of supervised probation.
Jerry Dominguez, 57, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, third offense. He was sentenced to one year less one day imprisonment, followed by eight months and 13 days supervised probation, ordered to have an ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle, and pay all fines and fees. He received credit for eight months and 14 days served.
John Hernandez, 36, pleaded guilty to taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment and pay all fines and fees. His sentence of imprisonment was suspended in place of one year less one day supervised probation.
Troy Vancleave, 20, pleaded guilty to writing or issuing a worthless check and was adjudged to be a habitual offender. He was ordered to serve 18 months imprisonment, followed by one year supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He received credit for six months and 15 days served.
