City officials agreed to give $8,000 in cigarette tax funds to the Clovis Youth Recreation Board. YRB officials said about 7,000 Clovis youth benefited from YRB services and the recreation program would have been defunct on July 1 without the money. … GAC Finance Corp., 418 Mitchell and 105 S.
