Bowen Grace Helen Bowen of Melrose recently celebrated her 95th birthday. She was born Dec. 8, 1911 in Graford, Texas. She has one child, two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Welch Bertha Sheridan Welch of Clovis will celebrate her 90th birthday from 2-4 p.m. Dec. 24 at 1300 Parkland. The celebration will be hosted by her children, Phyliss and C.M. Sparkman and David and Linda Welch, and her grandchildren, Calvin and Claudia Sparkman and Floyd and Arilla Austin. Bertha was born Dec. 13, 1916 in Grady. She has three children, nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The celebration is open to friends and relatives.
