Roslyn R. Byars, 86, died Sept. 10, 2005, in Grapevine, Texas.  She graduated from Clovis High School in 1938, and worked for the Civil Service Administration. She served as secretary for Terrace Acres Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, for more than 10 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlett E. Byars;  her son, Ronnie E. Byars; two brothers, R. H. Rutledge and Pat Rutledge, and a sister, Wanda Crane.  Her brother Charles W. Rutledge, died Nov. 4, 2005, and graveside memorial services will be held for her and her brother. She is survived by a niece, nephews and a host of other family members and friends. Arrangements are by Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas.
