Wayford Ray Bryant, 50, of Winslow, Ariz., died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, in Winslow, Ariz.
He was born on June 6, 1954, in Clovis.
He was employed by the ATSF Railway as a locomotive engineer and later as a road foreman of engines, a terminal manager, and as a trainmaster. He was a brother in the Masonic Fraternity in Flagstaff, Ariz. Family members said he loved traveling with his wife, taking care of his yard, plants and pets, coaching and playing soccer, making crafts and will always be remembered for his yard displays during the Christmas season. Family and close friends knew him “Booger”.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon; his mother and father, Lavern and Merle Norris.; a brother, Mark (and wife, Phyllis); four daughters, Marci (Gilbert), Christine (Mike), Erin (James), and Dacey (Karl); two sons, Scott and Trevor; and 13 grandchildren.
Tim DeWitt will officiate the services.
Visitation is scheduled from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at Greer’s Mortuary Chapel in Winslow, Ariz.
Burial will be at Desert View Cemetery in Winslow, Ariz.
Arrangements are by Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Ariz.
