Notes: Portales has won three of their last five games coming into today’s game against Ruidoso. The last time these two teams met in Portales, the Rams were able to hold Ruidoso offense to only 25 points in the first half and then to 20 points in the final half. They were able to key in on Haley Williams and limit her touches on the ball. Last time she had 14 points against Portales.

Portales coach Clay Stout said, “We are going to be running a full court pressure, traps and man-to-man coverage to slow the tempo of the game down against Ruidoso.”
