The Eastern Plains Council of Governments met Wednesday and reviewed the following reports:

Executive director’s report:

• Staffing report — No vacant positions at this time. No funding available to hire members.

• Workforce development and administrative entity and fiscal agent report — EPCOG notified the Eastern Area Workforce Development Board in August 2011 that after its 2012 contract ended its administrative entity and fiscal agent services would no longer be needed.

• Ute Water Commission — Still working on drought management plan.
